I had so much fun taking picture of this Little Man. I don't take the opportunity as often as I should to have a session with my own kids. So, I did last week.  We had to move fast, his top teeth were wiggly and I just had to capture his baby smile before it was too late. We intended to just capture a casual outfit and then a dressy outfit.  Well, he decided that a hat and glasses were appropriate for the session.  And I couldn't agree more!  They made it so cute.  Then he wanted to sit in the baby boat and catch a fish.  I loved being able to capture him playing.  I'm so glad we took the opportunity to test out my new drops and get some awesome photos of him.  He makes my heart so happy.  I love this little man!  

I'm not doing to many weddings anymore by choice, but I'm very excited to be taking photos for these two. They were such a joy and we had so much fun while doing their engagement session.  It's a funny story for me because I have know The Groom's family since we moved to California over 10 years ago and then we met The Wife and her family when we moved 30 miles away but still in California. Needless to say, I'm so excited to see them getting married and bringing these two wonderful families together.

I love getting to see babies grow! Having Baby L come to visit for her 6 month session was so much fun.  Each little milestone is such a great memory to capture. I treasure these moments.  I'm so thankful to be able to capture them for my wonderful families.  

I am really starting to miss having a little baby now that my youngest is 5.  And no, there are no more babies in sight for us.  However, I am so excited that I get to take pictures and spend time with the sweetest babies around.  Today Baby Girl "C" came to visit me with her beautiful Mama and her big Sister.  Can I just say this was the sweetest session.  After Big sister took her pictures with her baby sister she just enjoyed being with mommy and then fell asleep.  Wow!  I've never had a 2 year old fall asleep, I guess the warm room and noise machine may have worked on more than just Baby "C".   But really, I enjoyed this session so much. I love, love, love being able to capture, what I think is such beautiful art!  I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I do!  Thank you to the Emerson Family for visiting me for the second time to capture your families newest additions!  They are just beautiful! 

I have truly begin to love having so many newborn and baby sessions.  I enjoyed taking these photos so much!  Three month old babies do not sleep like newborns, it's fun to see how attentive they are and to see their little personalities pop out.  Thank you to the Paula family for letting me take photos of your family.  You are all so amazing and little "L" is so lucky to be part of your family!

I feel so blessed to have this family come visit me for their new baby girls' pictures.  Their three, yes three girls are the cutest and I'm so glad we were able to take some family photos outside the studio to capture their sweet family.  I still can't get over how quickly their family is growing.  It feels like just yesterday that I took their engagement photos.  Wow time flies!  Congratulations on your newest addition!   I'm so proud of the family you have become!!!

I'm so excited for my 2014 Christmas Mini Sessions this year.  The location is great and it has so many different options within a little area!  To help you be prepared I've taken a few examples of what will be available for you to choose.  I will have the rocking horse, crates, chairs, and a few other items to be used if you'd like.  Because of the range in the time of day that the Mini Sessions will be taking place, not all spots will have the right lighting, but we will do our best to make sure you get what you'd like!

I hope you enjoy these and find something you just have to have!  

I am so excited to have been able to spend the day with these two amazing people.  And I mean the whole day.  It was such a blessing to arrive in Oakland early on their wedding day as it was pouring rain.  Just as the bride showed up it stopped raining...secretively I was hoping for some cute umbrella shots, 
but I'm glad it stopped so her hair and makeup wouldn't get messed up.  Just after their sealing, the sun 
came out and left us with the most amazing clouds.  Then through out the day
it was just perfect.  I'm so thankful that I was able to take part in capturing their special moments. 
I hope that they will treasure these photos for their lifetimes.  Congratulations Vivanna and Chris, 
may love be always with you, and an open soft heart to each other.

Mini sessions are ideal for families who want a quick session.  Within 25 minutes we will have captured at least one family portrait, a portrait of just kids, and an individual photo of each child.  Its quick and easy.  Parents last year raved at how easy and pain free it was!
